GiD 14.0.2 too slow opening projects created with GiD 12.0.10

I am opening in GiD version 14.0.2 a project created with version 12.0.10 and it finally open it but it takes several hours.
Is it normal?

The model must have ‘something specially problematic’ that become a bottleneck in GiD 14.0.2

It is happening the same with GiD 14.1.3d developer?
