[GiDlist] Invoking GiD in postprocessor mode

OS windowsXP professional (32bit), GiD 9.0.4

Hi GiD team
If I have a .res postprocessing file is there a way I can associate this
type of file so when I click on it, it launches GiD in it’s
postprocessor mode & picks up the .msh file automatically?
If I just associate it with GiD it opens gid in the preprocessor mode
and warns “this is a new project” then if I swap to the postprocessor it
reports it can’t find the mesh info even though the .msh file is in the
same directory?

I think that with the last beta versions GiD will do what you want.

You can also drag & drop the .post.res or .post.res file over an opened GiD
or a GiD starting icon,
and GiD will swap to postprocess mode and open your file

Regards

Enrique
