[GiDlist] USB license in Ubuntu 11

Hello everyone, is anybody using a USB license on Ubuntu 11? I have
had difficult times trying to get it work. It actually seems that
/proc/bus/usb is missing in newest linux kernels. Unfortunately, I
can’t come back to older kernels since my graphic card doesn’t work on
them. Is there any trick to get it work? Does anybody know if an
action from GiD developers is going to be taken towards this issue in
next GiD releases?

What is your GiD version?

The last 10.1.5d beta version included some trick for this platform to try
to avoid this problem.

GiD 10.0.6. I actually just bought the license and trying to set it up on my
Ubuntu machine. I will give the developer version a try.

Your 10.x licence is valid for all 10.0.x official versionas and also for
all 10.1.xd development beta versions
