you can set the deformation of the ‘main mesh’ (where results are drawn)
and optionally a the ‘reference mesh’ (to be visually compared with the main
mesh)

The command I am using:
Result “Displacements” “Load Analysis” 1 Vector OnNodes
plots deformed shape with no mesh.
