Problem meshing

Hello,

Sometimes, when we try to mesh a domain (especially complex geometries), GiD don’t finish the mesh process and the program is closed.

The error message that emerges is ‘segmentation fault’. It happens both in 2D and 3D. I wonder if the problem is the geometry or the installation, the version od GiD is 11.0.1. Could you give us any advice or make any recommendation?

There could be near infinite causes,
Update GiD to last developer available version: now GiD 13.1.10d, or last official version
a lot of bugs could have been fixed since GiD 11.0.1

If continue failing with current version attach a zip with your model to study it
